A Japan manufacturer MNC in automation equipment and solutions is seeking a Marketing Supervisor / Senior Executive in Singapore. The role focuses on leading B2B marketing, generating leads, and building the data foundations and reports used by the sales team.

You will plan and execute campaigns, analyze performance, and support sales through data-driven insights. Responsibilities include developing lead-generation programs, creating dashboards (Excel/Power BI), researching target sectors

Qualifications

4+ years of professional experience in marketing, or in the engineering field (technical or sales roles).
Demonstrated leadership potential: able to set direction, guide sales priorities and actions, and drive execution.

Responsibilities

Marketing Execution: Drive marketing activities using the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) cycle focused on efficiency, impact, and continuous improvement.
Data & Insights: Manage and update sales reports and dashboards (Excel / Power BI) to inform sales decisions.
Market Research: Investigate target industries (e.g., Semiconductor, Robotics, Biomedical, EV) to identify new market potential.
CRM Management: Maintain database integrity and expand the customer base.
Customer Support: Diagnose customer issues and connect them with Sales Engineers (SE).
Sales Support: Uncover hidden sales opportunities through data analysis and oversee sales administration operations.
