Keyence Corporation Singapore is seeking a Marketing Data Specialist to join the AI-driven manufacturing space. You will plan and execute lead generation and marketing initiatives, and build data-backed reports for the sales team.

Responsabilidades

• Execute marketing activities with data-backed planning and review.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support sales decisions (Excel / Power BI).
• Identify and research new and existing market potential (e.g., Semiconductor, Robotics, Biomedical, EV).
• Refine in-house CRM data and improve database integrity.
• Provide customer support by routing issues to the Sales Engineer as needed.
• Support the Sales Team by revealing untapped sales potential through analysis.

• Opportunity: From 2026 and over the next several years, at the height of generative AI's growth, manufacturing is indispensable to the build-out of AI chips, data centers, and physical AI. This role lets you join that fast-growing industry as part of Keyence's marketing team. You build skills in both data and B2B marketing while contributing directly to company performance, and we develop this role into a future marketing leader.
• Role: Plan and execute lead generation and marketing initiatives, with data-backed planning and review that you carry out yourself. Separately, build the reports and set up the data that the sales team uses (tools: Microsoft, SAP, and Keyence in-house software).
• Objective: Grow the results of lead generation and marketing initiatives. In addition, put in place the reports and data foundation the sales team uses, to support sales direction.
• Scope: B2B marketing as a whole, including promotional planning, lead generation, and sales enablement.

• Data Foundation & Insights
• Organize sales and customer data, and create and update the reports and dashboards (Excel / Power BI) that sales decisions are based on
• Identification and Research on New & Existing Market Potential
• Selectively investigate industries that align with our future sales share (e.g. Semiconductor, Research Institutions, Robotics, Biomedical, Electric Vehicle)
• Refining In-house Database (CRM System)
• Maintain integrity of the database
• Explore methods to grow the customer base in the system
• Customer Support Function
• Infer the customer's issue from limited information and propose next steps that connect the customer to a Sales Engineer (SE)
• Support to Sales Team
• Use reports and analysis to reveal sales potential that is not yet visible
• Work with the sales administration staff to keep sales operations running smoothly

• Proficient in Excel; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Power Automate is a plus.
