Job summary

FCM is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for Asia to transform complex data into actionable insights. You will lead data analysis projects, develop advanced analytics models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven strategies across the region.

You will mentor junior analysts, partner with Data Engineering and Data Governance, and leverage tools like Power BI and Python to deliver scalable analytics solutions that influence business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
• 4–6 years in data analysis, BI, or related field.
• Experience with large datasets and advanced statistical methods.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and insights for business decisions.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI and other tools.
• Present data findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Conduct statistical analysis, modeling, and hypothesis testing to solve complex problems.
• Build predictive models and automated analytics solutions using machine learning techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-driven strategies.
