Job summary

Publicis Groupe Singapore is seeking a Senior Data Intelligence Analyst to join our regional Data Intelligence team. You will interrogate and transform data using SQL, develop dashboards in Power BI or Looker, and apply AI-enabled analysis to deliver insights for multiple markets.

The role focuses on data reliability, benchmarking, and translating findings into business recommendations, with collaboration across internal teams, clients and data vendors.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in data analytics, data intelligence, BI, digital media analytics or quantitative research.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets; BigQuery or similar cloud data environment desirable.
• Experience with Power BI or Looker/Looker Studio.
• Proven use of AI tools for analytics, research or workflow improvement.
• Ongoing development in AI and data analytics via courses, certifications or projects.
• Strong analytical reasoning: validate data, investigate discrepancies, compare sources.
• Understanding of digital marketing metrics, competitive intelligence or quantitative market research.

Responsibilities

• Query, clean and transform large, complex datasets from multiple platforms and markets.
• Develop dashboards and visualisations using Power BI or Looker/Looker Studio.
• Analyse digital media and market data to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Evaluate data quality and reliability using validation, benchmarking and statistics.
• Develop normalisation, estimation and benchmarking methodologies across sources.
• Apply AI-enabled tools to accelerate analysis and improve QA.
• Use AI-assisted coding and automation to reduce manual work and ensure consistency.
• Maintain rigorous QA and document methodologies, assumptions and limitations.
• Lead end-to-end analytics projects across regional teams.
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams and data vendors to gather requirements and present insights.
