FWD Group is seeking a senior Data Science & AI leader to define and drive the enterprise data strategy across Asia. You will shape the AI roadmap, oversee enterprise initiatives like GenAI, AutoML, and Smart Insurance, and partner with country teams to scale impactful analytics.

You will build and mentor a high-performance team, implement best practices for modelling, governance and tooling, and collaborate with business leaders to translate insights into growth and productivity improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, MBA, or equivalent trade-off in related professional work experience
• 10 years strong experiences with Customer Analytics, Machine Learning, Data Mining, and Business Intelligence program development and implementation
• 5 years team management experience
• Familiar with LLM, AI/GenAI, Agentic AI techniques
• Familiar SAS, SPSS, R, Python, Spark, pylearn2, SQL
• Familiar with Vibe coding by using Claude Code, Github Copilot or Databricks Genie
• Actively seeks new AI/ML/data management technology options and approaches
• Strong people management skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with business leaders to align with strategic goals

• Provide thought leadership and contribute to developing and executing detail data science and AI strategy and roadmap
• Build high performance team
• Deliver actionable insights through machine learning and AI/GenAI
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and develop new Product/Tool/Process innovation by using AI, Machine Learning, GenAI & AI Agents
• Challenge the way we do business through application of advanced analytics and data science including predictive modelling, machine learning, natural language processing, deep learning, pattern recognition, expert systems and AI
