Job summary

FWD Group is seeking a hands-on BI Specialist to plan, design, develop and deliver data models across the Asia Pacific region.

You will build interactive dashboards and reports using Databrick AI/BI, Power BI and QlikView, collaborating with data engineers and translating business needs into scalable data solutions.

Strong SQL, data warehousing knowledge and the ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 3+ years proven experience as a BI Specialist with data analysis and BI tools.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Databrick AI/BI, Power BI, QlikView, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data from multiple sources to identify patterns and insights.
• Design and develop dashboards and reports using BI tools to present data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data accuracy and define data requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and data models.
• Implement data governance practices to ensure data accuracy, consistency and security.
• Provide training and support to business users on BI tools.
