Job summary

CXG group in Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success Associate/Customer Success Manager to join our office here, based with a dynamic regional team. You will build strong relationships with luxury and premium brands, deliver white-glove service, own projects end-to-end, and present insights to C-level stakeholders across international teams.

Fluent English is required; Mandarin is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in administration, business, management or related field.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written); Mandarin is a strong advantage.
• Experience in a client-facing role within luxury brands or premium sectors.
• Strong presentation and proposal-writing abilities.
• Analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from data.
• Leadership and ability to lead meetings and projects.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with luxury brand clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver white-glove service.
• Own projects from brief to delivery with significant autonomy.
• Deliver insightful presentations to executive-level stakeholders.
• Manage accounts, including stakeholders, budgets and deliverables.
• Collaborate with international teams to design methodologies and solutions.
