Qualifications

• Passion for the luxury industry and customer experience.
• Strong organizational skills and client-facing experience.
• Experience above 4 years preferred.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
• Able to lead client meetings and projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Capable of presenting to executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with luxury brands to drive business impact through customer experience.
• Maintain and nurture client portfolio with white-glove service.
• Own projects from brief to delivery with autonomy.
• Collaborate with international teams to design methodologies and solutions.
• Manage the entire account, including stakeholders, budget, and deliverables.
• Deliver insightful face-to-face presentations to C-level executives.
