Job summary

Pixalate is seeking a full-time Applied AI Scientist to join our data-driven team in Singapore. This mid-to-senior role requires a PhD and hands-on experience building AI agents and reporting pipelines.

You will analyze traffic and behavioral data, translate findings into actionable recommendations, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure data quality and robust model outputs. Proficiency in Python and SQL is essential for success in this casual remote environment.

Qualifications

• PhD in a quantitative field
• 3–6 years experience in data science, ML, or analytics
• Strong statistical foundation
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI agents including prompt engineering and agentic workflows using LangChain
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Critical thinking about data quality and model outputs
• Strong communication skills
