Elliptic, a leader in digital asset decisioning, is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager for APAC with a mandate to grow mid-market accounts. You will own health, retention, and expansion, guiding stakeholders toward best practices and ensuring ongoing success with Elliptic.

The role emphasizes a player-coach approach without direct headcount responsibilities. You will champion renewal cycles, forecast retention, and collaborate with Product on expansion opportunities while mentoring peers

Qualifications

• Native Mandarin speaker.
• Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Renewals within B2B SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Own health, retention, and expansion pipeline across mid-market accounts.
• Build relationships with operational and executive stakeholders to ensure ongoing success.
• Develop and maintain account plans with goals, success metrics and renewal readiness.
• Lead renewal cycles end-to-end and negotiate terms.
• Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Product to position solutions.
• Run strategic business reviews to demonstrate ROI and value.
