Job summary
Amazon Web Services is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to own the post-signature customer outcomes across APJ. You will drive adoption, health, renewal and expansion with partners and customers, coordinating with field teams across ANZ, ASEAN, India, Japan, and Korea to turn launches into durable relationships.
In this regional role you will build health scoring, adoption playbooks, and renewal motions, translating on-the-ground insights into GTM improvements and scalable processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
- 5+ years in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting.
- Experience selling enterprise software or cloud-based applications.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executives.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end deployment and post-launch journey for Amazon Connect Decisions in APJ.
- Drive adoption, value realization, and monitor customer health; manage renewal/retention.
- Lead quarterly business reviews with partners; translate insights into GTM improvements.
- Coordinate success activities across APJ and align with global customer-success frameworks.
- Identify at-risk accounts early and lead remediation with partners and service teams.
