Zen Career Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated professional to lead the customer service team and oversee warehouse operations from its West Singapore location. The role involves coordinating shipment preparation, documentation, and inventory for both local and international consignments, while partnering with internal teams and customers to resolve order discrepancies.

The successful candidate will manage export/import documentation and support data entry and reporting to ensure timely fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• In-charge of customer service team
• Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including shipment preparation, documentation, and inventory tracking for local and international consignments.
• Liaise with internal teams and customers to resolve discrepancies in orders, shipments, and invoices.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain accurate export/import documents, invoices, and payment records for trade operations.
• Support warehouse and transport teams with data entry, reporting, and ensuring timely order fulfilment.
