Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success/Account Management.
• 2+ years in cloud security or performance industries preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or other professional qualifications.
• Willingness to learn about computer networking and how the Internet works.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer engagement across the lifecycle from onboarding through renewal.
• Be a Trusted Advisor to customers and drive value conversations.
• Plan and execute long-term Success Plans with large customers to enable retention and expansion.
• Present solutions and ROI to customers; maintain knowledge of features relevant to their needs.
• Own renewal contracts and maintain accurate weekly forecasts.
• Collaborate with Sales to forecast, plan, and hit targets.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Support, Marketing to resolve issues and achieve goals.
• Prioritize multiple deals and manage stakeholder relationships.
