Job summary

Similarweb is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager, Capital Markets (APAC) to help our largest enterprise clients across Asia Pacific maximize value from our digital intelligence platform. You will be the primary contact for your book of accounts, guiding adoption, expansion, and renewal in a fast-moving market including Greater China.

You thrive on data, build trusted advisor relationships, and translate complex insights into strategic actions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a client-facing role in capital markets or investor companies.
• Proven ability to drive adoption, value realization and renewals.
• Strong data fluency and ability to translate insights into strategy.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to contact for every user in your account book.
• Act as a strategic advisor guiding customers through their journey with the platform.
• Spot churn risk early and intervene to protect renewals.
• Grow long-term relationships translating into renewals and upsell.
• Build deep expertise across the Similarweb product suite.
• Maintain high client engagement with demonstrable business value.
