Similarweb is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager for INSEA to help mid-market and enterprise clients turn data into strategic actions. You will own a book of accounts across India and South-East Asia, acting as a trusted advisor and driving renewals and upsell opportunities.

This role blends strategic guidance with product expertise, requiring strong relationship-building to ensure clients realize value from the platform.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years in a client-facing role, ideally at a SaaS company.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; another SE Asian language is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from data.
• Ability to build trust and drive renewals.
• Comfort using AI-assisted client insights.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to contact for all users on your accounts.
• Act as a strategic advisor guiding customers through their journey with the platform.
• Spot churn risk early and intervene proactively.
• Grow relationships to drive renewals and account longevity.
• Uncover upsell opportunities as client needs evolve.
• Build expertise across the Similarweb product suite.
• Keep clients engaged with real business value.
