Job summary

Ant International in Singapore is seeking an experienced data operations professional to monitor card payments and analyze fluctuations. You will work with cross-functional teams to output effective payment operation solutions and identify trends in cross-border and domestic acquiring activities.

You will engage with card schemes and payment institutions to explore competitors and regional optimization opportunities, while maintaining high data quality and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years of operational experience in card payments.
• Strong data analysis skills with ability to interpret data.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and initiative.
• Fluency in Mandarin to coordinate with stakeholders in China.

Responsibilities

• Monitor data and analyze fluctuations of card payments.
• Track indicators of overall market card payment performance.
• Identify cross-border card payment trends and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with risk, product, and technology teams to output payment operation solutions.
• Engage daily with card schemes and payment institutions to investigate competing products.
• Identify optimization opportunities in the local card-acquiring market and propose regional payment solutions.
• Promote implementation of payment-related optimization points.
