Job summary

Ant International in Singapore is seeking an experienced data operations professional to monitor card payments and analyze fluctuations. You will work with cross-functional teams to output effective payment operation solutions and identify trends in cross-border and domestic acquiring activities.

You will engage with card schemes and payment institutions to explore competitors and regional optimization opportunities, while maintaining high data quality and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years of operational experience in card payments.
• Strong data analysis skills with ability to interpret data.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and initiative.
• Fluency in Mandarin to coordinate with stakeholders in China.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the data monitoring and analyze data fluctuations of card payments.
• Accountable for the indicators of the overall market card payment performance.
• Understand cross-border card payment trends, and explore opportunities that can effectively improve card payment performance
• Cooperate with risk, product, technology and other internal teams to output card payment operation solutions.
• Connect with card schemes and payment institutions on a daily basis, investigate competing products
• Keep abreast on the card-acquiring industry, find potential optimization and profit growth areas within the local card-acquiring market, and output regional payment solutions.
• Ability to find payment-related optimization points and actively promote implementation.
• Bachelor's degree or above
• 5+ years of operational experience, with experience in cross-border/domestic acquiring payment operations preferred
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to interpret data
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Possess a sense of responsibility and initiative
• Fluency in Mandarin in order to converse and work with stakeholders based in China
