Job summary

Ant Group in Singapore is seeking a data-driven Card Payments Operations Manager to monitor data, analyze fluctuations, and drive regional payment solutions. You will coordinate with risk, product, and technology teams to optimize card payment performance and collaborate with card schemes and payment institutions daily.

The role requires 5+ years of operational experience in cross-border or domestic acquiring payments, strong data analysis, and Mandarin fluency for China-based stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 5+ years of operational experience, preferably in cross-border or domestic acquiring payment operations.
• Strong data analysis skills with ability to interpret data.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proactive with sense of responsibility.
• Mandarin fluency to liaise with China-based stakeholders.

Keep abreast on the card-acquiring industry, find potential optimization and profit growth areas within the local card-acquiring market, and output regional payment solutions.

Ability to find payment-related optimization points and actively promote implementation.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 5+ years of operational experience, with experience in cross-border/domestic acquiring payment operations preferred
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to interpret data
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Possess a sense of responsibility and initiative
• Fluency in Mandarin in order to converse and work with stakeholders based in China
