Job summary

You will own end-to-end performance management for global payment channels, drive standard onboarding and switching, and build scalable monitoring with data dashboards to forecast

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, with minimum 5 years in the payments industry.
• Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English; Indonesian is a plus.
• Familiar with card-payment regulations and local payment patterns across major global markets.
• In-depth expertise in cross-border acquiring and understanding of card issuance, acquiring and clearing-settlement workflows.

What You Will Do:

• In-depth deconstruct the underlying acquiring logic of global international card schemes and local card schemes, design and continuously optimize the intelligent routing model. Leverage machine learning to identify optimal routing paths across multiple dimensions (BIN, currency, gateway, MCC, etc.), so as to strike an optimal balance between transaction success rate and cost.
• Own the full-lifecycle performance management for global payment methods and channels. Deep-dive into business logic and protocol differences among clearing networks, payment gateways and acquirers. Establish standardized onboarding and dynamic switch-over mechanisms, collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive channel performance tuning, and build highly-stable global payment capabilities.
• Leverage automation tools to iteratively improve the business monitoring and alerting system, enabling second-level detection of payment operational issues and automated strategy activation/deactivation. Produce regular in-depth insight reports that not only summarize current status, but also forecast business trends via data-driven modeling to fuel product iteration.
• Continuously identify efficiency-improvement opportunities in card-business operations. Explore and adopt cutting-edge AI technologies, drive standardization, automation and tooling of operational workflows, and steadily boost operational efficiency for card-related businesses.

What We Expect:

• Bachelor's degree or above, with minimum 5 years of working experience in the payment industry. Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English for professional work; Indonesian is a plus.
• Familiar with card-payment regulations and local payment patterns across major global markets. In-depth expertise in cross-border acquiring, with solid understanding of card issuance, acquiring and clearing-settlement workflows.
• Strong business abstraction capability, with proven track-record of delivering AI-powered and automation solutions. Excellent project management and cross-departmental communication skills to advance initiatives efficiently across teams.
• Solid data analytics and business-analysis skills; capable of independently building and utilizing business data dashboards.
