AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Payments Business Analyst / Operations Consultant on a 12-month contract to support delivery and day-to-day operations of payment and card-issuing solutions across global markets.

The role is hands-on and execution-focused, collaborating with banking partners and internal teams to document requirements, manage operational processes, resolve issues, and ensure smooth payment activities across markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Payments, Card Issuing, Banking, FinTech, or Consulting.
• Hands-on understanding of payment operations.
• Experience with Visa/Mastercard card-issuing processes.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable specs.
• Experience working with banks and banking partners.

Responsibilities

• Work with banking partners to document business and operational requirements.
• Manage Visa BIN / card-issuing activities.
• Translate business needs into clear internal requirements.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Solution Eng and Operations.
• Support testing, implementation, and post-launch activities.
• Investigate issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Maintain process docs and workflows.
• Support multiple payment initiatives across markets.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and automation.
