Job summary

MetaComp Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Associate Manager or Associate of Payment and Card Operations to oversee day-to-day transaction processing, client ledger management, and card program operations.

You will balance liquidity, payment rails, settlement speeds, and costs while driving process improvements. You may lead a lean on-site team and collaborate with Product and Engineering to design automated routing and ledger mechanisms to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years in payment operations or card operations.
• Experience leading or mentoring junior team members.
• Strong understanding of financial clearing processes.
• Proficient in data analysis; SQL knowledge is preferred.
• Experience with payment rails, settlement speeds, and banking relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily payment operations to ensure liquidity and cost efficiency.
• Manage client ledgers for deposits and payouts and reconcile variances.
• Lead the operations team, monitor SLAs, and optimize routing.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to design automated flows and ledger mechanisms.
