Job summary

PM Group Singapore is seeking a Senior Cost Engineer/Estimator to join our team on upcoming capital expenditure projects. You will be responsible for cost reporting, change control, and managing procurement-related invoicing across multiple projects.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely communication with project teams and suppliers, and adherence to PM Group\'s cost-control procedures. A degree in engineering or quantity surveying is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Ability to regularly interact with staff, management and clients.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong work ethic, sense of responsibility and confidentiality.

• Ability to prioritise work and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Cost Reporting of capital expenditure projects (equipment & construction) including PM Group fees and sub-consultants.
• Management of Change Control procedures and tools and associated deliverables.
• Management of PM Group Man-hour Control and Productivity Measurement procedures and tools and associated deliverables.
• Processing Contractor, Vendor and Sub-consultant invoices and payments for multiple Projects.
• Receive, sort and reconcile invoices and supporting documentation against purchase order terms and conditions, payment milestones and goods receipt notifications.
• Distribute and track invoices to various Project owners / leads across multiple projects for approval.
• Perform Supplier account reconciliations and work with Purchasing Team and Suppliers to resolve issues.
• Respond to and resolve enquiries from Suppliers, Procurement, and Finance departments in a professional and timely manner.
• Preparation of monthly statements and reconciliation of accounts for month end Reporting.
• Take ownership of designated tasks and projects as assigned.
