Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop detailed cost estimates for projects.
• Carry out feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses.
• Monitor budgets, expenditures, and forecasts; report to management.
• Assist in procurement through tender documents and supplier selection.
• Validate invoices and assess contractual claims before payment.
• Collaborate with project management, engineering, and architects.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks to protect timelines and budget.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
• Oversee project activities in the PM absence; ensure schedules and quality.
• Provide cost management advice to improve efficiency.
