Job summary

Neste Singapore Pte. Ltd. invites a skilled cost estimator to join our Project Control team in Singapore.

You will develop project cost estimates for capital projects, create estimating plans, and work with the project management office to ensure accurate total cost forecasting. You will conduct risk analysis, validate external EPCM estimates, and maintain cost estimating data and systems to drive capital efficiency across Neste's investment portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years in cost estimation or PMO functions.
• Experience in capital projects and petrochemical environment.
• Knowledge of international cost estimating standards.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop project cost estimates for capital projects through the Neste system.
• Create estimating plans and compile bases of estimate.
• Conduct cost risk analysis appropriate to estimate type.
• Validate estimates produced by external EPCM contractors.
• Maintain cost estimating data and tools.
• Support benchmarking tools and methods for capital efficiency.
