Job summary

Neste in Singapore seeks an experienced cost estimator to drive accurate capital project cost estimates from business opportunity to final approvals. You will join an integrated project team, shaping estimates and risk analysis, and ensuring data integrity across cost systems.

The role requires 5–10 years in cost estimation or project controls, with a background in engineering and strong English. Collaboration and safety are key to success.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in cost estimation, project controls or PMO functions.
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop project cost estimates for capital projects from opportunity to final cost basis.
• Participate in integrated project team to ensure cost input is part of final estimates.
• Create estimating plans and cost basis documentation.
• Conduct cost risk analysis appropriate to the estimate type.
• Validate estimates done by external EPCM contractors when applicable.
• Maintain cost estimating data, tools and processes.
• Support benchmarking tools to drive capital efficiency.
