Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or related discipline.
• 5–7 years of corporate banking relationship management experience.
• Strong knowledge of corporate banking products (bilateral loans, trade finance, cash management, syndicated financing).
• Solid credit analysis and financial statement assessment skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Mandarin proficiency is advantageous.

• Manage and expand portfolio of local and regional corporate clients.
• Identify, originate, and execute new business opportunities.
• Develop financing solutions across lending, trade finance, working capital, and syndicated loans.
• Lead end-to-end client coverage activities including business development and deal execution.
• Conduct credit analysis and present credit proposals for approval.
• Coordinate with product partners and overseas stakeholders to enable cross-border transactions.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and credit governance standards.
