Greenlane Private Ltd. is seeking a Deputy Manager / Manager in Corporate Banking to develop and manage client relationships, originate and execute lending transactions, and provide tailored financing solutions across Asia-Pacific, with growth and leadership opportunities.

The role requires strong credit analysis, loan structuring, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure compliant and efficient deal execution for corporate clients in Singapore and the ASEAN region.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting/Finance/Business.
• 4–6 years of corporate banking experience.
• Experience in lending, relationship management, credit analysis, and cross-border deals.
• Knowledge of Singapore and ASEAN markets.
• Mandarin proficiency is advantageous.
• Knowledge of bilateral loans, revolving credit facilities, term loans, syndicated lending, and trade finance.

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage corporate banking relationships with local and multinational corporations in Singapore and Asia-Pacific to drive growth.
• Identify and originate new lending opportunities among large corporates and multinationals in Singapore and ASEAN.
• Deliver a full range of corporate banking products aligned with client needs.
• Execute business development initiatives in line with department strategy.
• Originate, structure, and execute bilateral, club, and syndicated loan transactions in Asia-Pacific.
