Job summary

TechX Ventures (TXV) is seeking a seasoned contracts professional to lead drafting, review, and management of a wide range of agreements in a public-sector environment in Singapore. You will own the full contract lifecycle and drive governance and risk mitigation, while supporting procurement activities and interfacing with internal stakeholders and government counterparts.

Qualifications

• Many years of proven, hands-on experience in contract drafting, review and management.
• Strong working knowledge of public-sector contracting standards, governance requirements and risk management practices.
• Solid procurement experience and vendor management in a public-sector or quasi-government environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and administer a wide range of contracts, including service agreements, consultancy contracts, NDAs, MOUs, and partnerships.
• Lead the full contract lifecycle from drafting to execution, variations, renewals, and close-out.
• Provide contract advisory support to internal stakeholders and ensure terms align with governance requirements.
• Identify risks and mitigations to protect the organisation’s interests.
• Ensure contracts comply with public-sector governance standards and internal policies.
• Maintain contract documentation, trackers, and records for audit readiness.
• Support internal reviews, audits, or management queries related to contracts and agreements.
• Develop and maintain standard contract templates for consistency and efficiency across the organisation.
• Liaise with vendors, partners, and government counterparts on contract matters.
