Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead end-to-end management of engineering and data centre contracts.

You will review, negotiate and administer contracts, subcontracts, supply agreements and variations across multiple projects. Ideal candidates hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or related fields with 3–5 years of contracts experience in construction/engineering, plus strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in contracts management within construction/engineering.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law, or related discipline.
• Diploma holders with relevant experience may be considered.
• Familiarity with Singapore construction regulations and BCA requirements.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate and administer contracts, subcontracts, supply agreements and variation orders.
• Coordinate tender documentation and support commercial evaluations.
• Monitor contract performance, project costs and variations.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, procurement teams and site personnel to resolve issues.
• Maintain contract records, payment documentation and performance bonds.
• Manage contractual close-out activities and post-project reviews.
