The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Senior Contracts Manager to lead contract teams on major construction projects.

Based in Changi, you will handle drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers while ensuring compliance and risk management. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 10 years’ contract management experience in construction and strong knowledge of procurement practices, contract software, and MS Office.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Law, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in contract management within the construction industry.
• Proven track record in leading contract teams and managing tenders for large-scale projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor the contracts team to achieve project goals.
• Allocate resources and ensure high performance in contract administration and tendering.
• Draft, review, negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors and suppliers; ensure compliance with terms.
• Manage contractual correspondence and records; collaborate with project teams to resolve issues; oversee budget and cash flow.
• Lead tendering and business development activities for new projects; develop competitive bids with project teams.
• Provide commercial advice to senior management and ensure timely invoicing and close-out.
• Represent the firm in negotiations and stakeholder engagements.
