Job summary

Agency for Integrated Care (Singapore) is seeking a proactive Contract Management professional to shape the future of community care services for seniors. You will lead tender evaluations and manage contracts end-to-end, ensuring value, compliance, and service continuity.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, monitor provider performance, renew contracts timely, and prepare papers to secure approvals from management and the Ministry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public administration, business administration, or equivalent.
• Experience in tender management, policy implementation, and project management.
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis and tender evaluation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop a fair and transparent tender evaluation framework to select providers for community care services.
• Take charge of the entire tender process, from preparing tender documents to conducting tender evaluations and awarding contracts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor service providers’ performance, ensuring they meet adherence to contract requirements.
• Manage timely and accurate contract renewals to ensure service continuation for seniors.
• Assist in drafting papers, reports, and presentations to secure approvals from management and the Ministry.
