Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Solid experience in contract management and tendering within Singapore’s construction industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication and analytical skills.
• Working knowledge of Singapore’s construction laws, regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, with good MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the tendering and bidding process end-to-end.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, subcontracts and agreements that safeguard the company’s interests.
• Partner closely with project managers, estimators, engineers and procurement to deliver on every contractual obligation.
• Analyse tender documents, flag exposure early, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, costs, schedules and progress.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety codes and quality requirements.
• Foster strong, trusted ties with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Drive claims, variations and dispute resolution to timely outcomes.
