Job summary

CPG Facilities Management Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator in Singapore to support tenders, project documentation and contract management. You will coordinate specifications, tender calls, site show rounds, and evaluate tenders for award, ensuring timely submissions and accurate back-up data.

The role also covers monthly payment claims, final accounts, joint measurement of contractor claims, and reviewing contracts to propose improvements aligned with client needs.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, building facilities, contract or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in contracts management for tenders/projects.
• Proven track record in new build projects and A&A works contract management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prepare contract documentation, schedules, and provide professional tender/project support.
• Perform contracts administration: prepare specifications, call tenders, conduct site show rounds, evaluate and recommend tenders for award.
• Prepare monthly payment claims and final accounts with complete supporting evidence.
• Evaluate joint measurements on contractors' claims for work orders and prepare accurate payment claims.
• Review existing contracts to address client requirements and suggest improvements.
• Oversee project cost budgets and cash flow, track changes, and adjust forecasts.
• Handle any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
