Job summary

Agency for Integrated Care Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a senior strategist to review and co-drive the planning of the community care sector with MOH, shaping strategies to achieve the ageing population objectives.

You will lead stakeholder engagement, develop plans including funding design, and build partnerships to anchor care within the community. Strong analytics, policy development, and programme management are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in strategy/policy development and/or community care sector preferred.
• Familiarity with national healthcare/long-term care policies is a plus.
• Strong analytical and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead work with MOH and stakeholders to develop and implement plans within Community Care Sector.
• Build partnerships to achieve coordinated care for seniors and anchor care in the community.
• Design funding models and incentives to drive desired outcomes and develop evaluation plans.
• Drive sector transformation including planning and conceptualisation of the future Community Care Sector.
• Establish and manage teams and partnerships for data collection, tracking and analysis to support initiatives.
