Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to lead the contracts team in Singapore, overseeing drafting, review, and negotiations of contracts for large-scale projects. You will ensure compliance, manage risks, and drive commercial outcomes from tendering to close-out.

Based in Singapore (Changi), this role requires a strong background in construction contracts, law, and procurement, with at least 10 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in contract management within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction law, procurement practices, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite.

Role:
Senior Contracts Manager

• Singapore Based (Changi)

• Project contract based (Estimated complete in 2027)

• 5.5 Days work per week (8.am to 5pm, alternate Saturday full days)

• Salary: $8000 to $12000 (depends on experience)

Involve in Stakeholder Engagement to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Represent the firm in negotiations and industry forums.
Act as the primary point of contact for contractual matters.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors.
