Job summary

Agency for Integrated Care (Singapore) is seeking a proactive Contract Management professional to shape the future of community care services for seniors. You will lead tender evaluations and manage contracts end-to-end, ensuring value, compliance, and service continuity.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, monitor provider performance, renew contracts timely, and prepare papers to secure approvals from management and the Ministry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public administration, business administration, or equivalent.
• Experience in tender management, policy implementation, and project management.
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis and tender evaluation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Take charge of the entire tender process, from preparing tender documents to conducting tender evaluations and awarding contracts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor service providers’ performance, ensuring they meet adhere to the contract requirements.
• Manage timely and accurate contract renewals to ensure service continuation for seniors.
• Assist in drafting compelling papers, reports, presentations to secure approvals from management and the Ministry.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., public administration, business administration, etc.).
• Proven experience in tender management, policy operationalisation, and project management, preferably within community care services or the public sector.Entry level candidates are also welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in paper writing and using relevant software and tools for data analysis in tender evaluation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in adapting to dynamic changes.
