Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Business Unit Lead Contract Support to lead the Contract Support team in Singapore. You will provide financial and administrative support for contracts within SG+ (Singapore & Malaysia) and oversee related procurement, invoicing, and reporting processes.

The role emphasizes governance, training, and coordination with Contract Managers and BU leadership to optimise contract financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Contract Support team to deliver financial and administrative support.
• Manage supplier invoicing and ensure timely payments and issue resolution.
• Monitor Open Purchase Orders, aged debt, and WIP to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Support intercompany pre-agreements, billings, and month-end tasks.
• Organise training, onboarding, and regular Contract Support meetings.
• Maintain ERP systems access and data accuracy for contracts.
