Qualifications

Min Diploma in Building/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
At least 5 years of experience in large-scale projects (condominium, mixed development, HDB, office buildings, hospital).
Proficient in planning and management of complex construction projects using Primavera P6.
5 days work week.

Responsibilities

IDD works including implementation, coordination, and daily operation.
Coordinate site facilities planning and utilization.
Assist PM on monthly work actives planning and weekly schedules.
Update master programme.
Draft progress meeting minutes and method statements.
Perform delay analysis to justify EOT and maintain proper records for variations.
Incorporate cost and resource planning (manpower, machinery, materials) into master programme.
Apply Earned Value Method and Critical Path Analysis to track progress.
