Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Planning Engineer to lead development, maintenance and monitoring of project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project for multiple projects at Changi Business Park.

The role requires a Civil Engineering or related degree and 8–10 years of planning experience in construction, with hands-on Primavera proficiency; responsibilities include contract programmes, EOT submissions, progress reports, and recovery planning.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of planning and scheduling experience in construction projects.
• Hands-on experience with Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, maintenance and monitoring of project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project for multiple projects.
• Prepares contract programmes and high-level summary programmes for presentations.
• Lead the preparation, submission, and negotiation of EOT claims and related submissions.
• Prepare progress reports, KPI trackers and scheduling health checks.
• Provide advice on post-contract claims, reviews, disputes and litigation related to programming.
