Qualifications

Qualified and experienced in planning and management of complex construction projects using Primavera P6 software

Responsibilities

Coordinate and implement IDD works and daily operations.
Plan monthly activities and weekly schedules with PM.
Update master programme.
Draft minutes for progress and coordination meetings and prepare method statements.
Perform delay analysis to justify EOT and variation claims; maintain records.
Incorporate cost and resource planning into the Master Programme.
Utilize Earn Value Management to track progress.
Apply Critical Path Analysis to project schedules.
