THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Singapore (Changi Business Park) seeks a Senior Planning Engineer to lead the development, maintenance and monitoring of project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project for multiple construction projects.

You will prepare contract programmes, review conditions, manage EOT submissions, and produce progress reports, baselines with resource/cost loading, and provide guidance on post‑contract disputes related to programming.

Qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
8–10 years of planning and scheduling experience in construction.
Hands-on experience with Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

Lead development, maintenance and monitoring of project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Prepare contract programmes, including high level summaries for presentations.
Review contract conditions to identify risks and propose mitigations.
Monitor progress, determine delay events and impacts.
Lead EOT claims, submissions and negotiations.
Prepare progress reports, KPIs, and scheduling health checks.
Prepare baseline schedules with resource and cost loading.
Advise on post-contract claims, disputes and litigation related to programming.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
