Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Planner to develop and manage project programmes from design through commissioning.

The role involves baseline schedules, progress updates, and EOT documentation, with a focus on building-related facilities and industrial projects. The successful candidate will coordinate with clients, prepare tender submissions, and generate weekly and monthly progress reports, leveraging Primavera P6 for planning and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Proven experience in construction planning for building-related facilities and industrial projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 for developing schedules, coordinating with clients, and generating reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project programmes, including baseline schedules, updates, and progress monitoring.
• Develop and control project work schedules covering building works, M&E systems, and process systems from design through construction, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Estimate activity durations and resource requirements for key construction works.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports.
• Prepare technical submissions for tender proposals.
• Coordinate site planning activities, work scheduling, and monitor project implementation progress.
• Develop and manage RI/TOP schedules and oversee the project handover process.
• Prepare Extension of Time (EOT) claims and supporting documentation.
