Job summary

Takenaka Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable construction planner to support the development and control of project schedules, including building works, M&E and process systems from concept to commissioning.

Proficiency in Primavera P6 is required, with 3–6 years of construction planning experience and a degree in civil engineering or construction management. You will prepare progress reports, bid submissions, and coordinate handovers on site.

• 3–6 years of construction planning experience.
• Degree in civil engineering or construction management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and control project schedules for building, M&E and process systems.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress updates and EOT claims.
• Prepare technical submissions for tenders and bids.
• Site planning, work scheduling and monitoring progress on site.
• Oversee RI/TOP schedule and handover readiness.
• Coordinate progress reports and client updates.
