Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the development and management of project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Proficient in the use of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project for project planning and scheduling.
• Competent in planning, organising, and controlling work programmes, with a proven ability to deliver projects in accordance with required timelines.

Responsibilities

• Support tender preparation and submission.
• Review and analyse tender specifications and drawings.
• Prepare overall project programme with critical path analysis.
• Develop comprehensive programme narrative explaining construction sequencing.
• Plan and optimise resource allocation for the tender.
• Identify programme risks and propose mitigation measures.
• Prepare tender interview/presentation slides.
