Job summary

SMRT Corporation is seeking an Executive/Senior Executive to support the SQTM Department in maintaining and improving safety and compliance standards within Network System Maintenance. You will lead audits, investigations, and documentation, while supporting education programmes and dash- board updates for regular meetings.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or management with at least three years of compliance or investigation experience, plus familiarity with IMS ISO

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or management with at least 3 years’ compliance/investigation experience.
• Experience as Safety/Quality Officer is advantageous.
• Relevant railway/operations experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal site audits/inspections day and night.
• Review and submit audit reports in a timely manner.
• Investigate safety incidents and WS H accidents; follow-up on recommendations.
• Analyse causal factors and provide management updates.
• Prepare materials for safety/quality meetings and act as Secretariat for major incidents.
• Maintain and review safety investigation documents and policies.
