SMRT Trains Ltd, Singapore's leading rail operator, is seeking an Executive/Senior Executive to support the Safety, Quality, Training and Maintenance Ops (SQTM) Department in implementing and improving safety and compliance standards.

You will conduct audits, investigate incidents, and help maintain ISO9001/14001/45001 systems while assisting in reporting, dashboards, and meeting preparations to drive safe and compliant operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or management with relevant compliance experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Compliance / Investigation.
Experience as Internal Auditor for Integrated Management System (ISO9001/ISO14001/ISO45001) is advantageous.
Experience in Safety or Quality roles is advantageous.
Railway operations or maintenance experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

Conduct internal site audits and inspections (day and night shifts).
Review audit reports and highlight gaps or good practices.
Carry out ad-hoc audits using CCTV, records and forms.
Respond to safety incidents and investigations and follow up on recommendations.
Prepare presentation materials for safety and quality meetings.
Update dashboards and presentation materials for regular meetings.
Support SQTM Office objectives and work plans.
Assist in secretariat duties for major incident investigations.
