Job summary

Logistics MNC in Jurong East is seeking a Senior EHS Executive to maintain and improve our EHS management systems, ensure compliance with WSH, ISO standards, and BizSafe, and drive safety performance across logistics operations.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in EHS or related field and a minimum of five years' relevant EHS experience, with strong knowledge of Singapore WSH laws and ISO management systems. You will lead inspections, audits, training, and regulatory liaison.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in EHS, Engineering, Facilities Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant EHS experience in logistics, manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore WSH laws, ISO management systems and BizSafe guidelines.
• Proven track record in audits, investigations and contractor safety management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain EHS management systems & standards (WSH, ISO 45001, 14001, 9001, BizSafe).
• Conduct workplace safety inspections, site audits, and risk assessments.
• Manage incident investigations, reporting, and corrective action implementation.
• Monitor PTW, Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), and contractor compliance.
• Coordinate internal/external safety audits and regulatory inspections.
• Lead safety training, toolbox sessions, emergency drills, and EHS initiatives.
• Prepare EHS KPI reports and maintain statutory documentation.
• Act as the main point of contact for authorities, clients, contractors, and internal teams.
