Job summary

SMRT Corporation Ltd is seeking an Executive/Senior Executive, Safety (CCL) to support the implementation and coordination of Workplace Safety and Health initiatives within the Circle Line Division. The role ensures ongoing safety processes, data reporting, and regulatory compliance to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related discipline with 3–5 years of WSH experience.
• WSH Officer with valid certifications (e.g., WSQ Specialist Diploma in WSH) preferred.
• Experience in transport, infrastructure, or engineering sectors is advantageous.
• Lead ISO 45001 Auditor Certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing the CCL L1 SSQC work plan and monitor WSH performance data.
• Support reviews of SWPs, WIs, and RAs for compliance with safety standards.
• Participate in incident investigations and CAPA follow-up actions.
• Coordinate incident response planning, drills, and mitigation activities.
• Ensure compliance with WSH regs, ISO standards, and SMRT policies.
• Administer the CCL safety reporting application and contribute to audits and audits prep.
