Responsibilities

• Consolidate technical contracts shared across Lines and create, prepare, review, and edit Contracts.
• Monitor contract performance and provide justifications for deviations; report regularly.
• Review terms and conditions; ensure Standard Agreement Form and templates are applied; seek legal advice when needed.
• Ensure compliance to SMRT Trains’ Policies and Procedures in contract execution.
• Undertake any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
