PRIMESTAFF MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a hands-on Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our HR team. You will support salary benchmarking, annual salary reviews, bonus exercises and employee benefits administration, while also assisting with day-to-day HR operations and performance management activities.

This role is ideal for an HR professional with practical C&B experience who enjoys working with data, improving HR processes and supporting business needs.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5–6 years of HR experience, including at least 2–3 years in Compensation & Benefits.
• Longer HR experience with a hands-on specialist focus is welcome.
• Hands-on experience in salary benchmarking, compensation analysis and annual salary reviews.
• Good understanding of HR operations and employee benefits administration.
• Experience in job evaluation, job grading or salary structures is advantageous.
• Exposure to performance management and HR process improvement preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
• Proactive, dependable and willing to support wider HR responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Conduct salary benchmarking and market research to support competitive salary decisions.
• Support annual salary reviews, bonus exercises and compensation analysis.
• Assist with job evaluation, job grading and salary structure administration.
• Review and administer employee benefits arrangements.
• Prepare compensation reports, cost analyses and management summaries.
• Support HR reporting, documentation and compliance with company policies and employment requirements.
• Coordinate performance appraisals and monitor completion of performance reviews.
• Align performance outcomes with salary increments and bonus decisions.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues, managers and external consultants to implement C&B initiatives.
• Develop HR procedures, templates and communications, and identify opportunities to improve processes and data accuracy.
